Can a couple receive massages together?
No, our facilities are private, single rooms only.
Will I need to change my clothes?
Yes, we provide clothes for the massage (free of charge) at our salon.
How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through our online/HOTPEPPER online reservation system (available 24 hours a day), as well as by email from our salon's official LINE/Google/Instagram pages (*Please inquire by e-mail. Your reservation will be finalized as soon as our staff replies and confirms it for you).
Can I receive treatment if I am pregnant?
No. We place priority on the safety of our customers, and given the nature of the treatment, we are unable to offer our services to pregnant women.
Do you have a dedicated parking lot or bicycle parking lot?
It depends on the location. Please contact the branch you wish to visit for more information.
What payment methods are available?
We accept nearly all types of credit cards, transportation cards, and electronic/smartphone payments (PayPay, LINE Pay, Rakuten Edy, WAON, ID, QUIC Pay, etc.)
Do I need to make a reservation?
We recommend that you make a reservation so that you have a smooth experience at the time you prefer with the service and staff of your choice. If possible, please make your reservation at least one day in advance, as slots tend to fill up quickly on both weekdays and weekends.
What if I miss my reservation time?
Depending on other reservations, we may have to shorten or cancel your chosen course. If you miss your appointment time without contacting us, we will automatically cancel your reservation and may not accept any further reservations from you. We appreciate your cooperation on this point.
